91pht reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
91pht supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based players:
Prohibited Payment Methods: In compliance with Philippine regulations, 91pht does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit cards or any form of cryptocurrency. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 91pht's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 91pht account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 91pht's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
91pht collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
